Challenges à relever
- Lead large-scale migration projects (Exchange Online, VMware, Azure)
- Optimize IT security policies and data management in a hybrid environment
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure the stability and performance of our infrastructures
Responsabilités principales
- Operating systems: Administering Windows Server (all versions), managing Windows environments (installation, configuration, maintenance)
- Active Directory: Managing users, groups, and organizational units, administering group policies (GPO), DNS/DHCP
- Microsoft Exchange: Administering Exchange environments (hybrid and online), migration to Exchange Online
- Virtualization: VMware (vSphere, Horizon View), Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI
- Systems management: System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Autopilot, automation with PowerShell
- Cloud Computing: Managing Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, resources, AD-Azure synchronization) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Security: Implementing security policies, managing security updates and patches
- Networks: Configuring and managing local (LAN) and wide-area (WAN) networks, VPN, and remote access
- Monitoring and management: Using Azure Monitor, managing backups and restorations (Veeam / Azure Backup)
What we value
- Ideally, 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, with expertise in managing Microsoft and VMware environments
- Technical skills with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (hybrid and online), SCCM, Intune / Autopilot, Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware), Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
- Experience in large-scale migrations, IT security best practices, and data management
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to work in a team, collaborate with global stakeholders, and manage complex projects with strong organizational skills
