IBA Industrial is the market leader for end-to-end electron and X-Ray solutions for different applications, ranging from medical sterilization to food irradiation, or to radio-isotope production. Our solutions are typically composed of a high energy electron accelerator, the Rhodotron®, a product conveying system and automation, and a process control system to oversee the irradiation process and provide reporting. IBA Industrial has built an augmented offering composed of services and expertise to support the Customers establishing a state-of-the-art irradiation facility, in all regions of the world.

Currently, we are looking for a Projects Engineering Manager.

Challenges we trust you with

• Organizing activities, allocating and planning resources effectively with a “can do” attitude
• Being responsible for the overall quality and content of deliverables issued by your team (appropriate technical choices, documentation content and quality among others)
• Ensuring and following subcontracting of developments with suppliers whilst ensuring that IBA still masters critical components of its systems
• Keeping the team alert and up to date with evolving technologies
• Identifying and providing development opportunities for your collaborators, growing their technical skills and product knowledge
• Ensuring the team’s specific tools and processes are maintained and efficient

What we value

You have:

• Master degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in state of the art technology 
• Ability to structure and ramp up a team

And you also are:

• A good communicator and able to adjust your message to your audience, you are able to drive people through change
• Able to organize your work and the work of others autonomously and take initiatives
• Curious and you maintain your expertise at a good level in order to remain technically relevant and legitimate as a manager of skilled experts
• Rigorous and meticulous in your daily work and its documentation
• Fluent in English and proficient in French
• Willing to travel worldwide (a couple of weeks a year)
