IS Support Engineer

Mission

 

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented IT Support Agent Level 1 to join our Windows support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking IT assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system (JIRA).
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, network, and user accounts.
  • Log, track, and document service requests and incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Provide guidance to users on basic IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Reset passwords, manage user access, and troubleshoot login issues.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications as required.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining IT equipment, such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Participate in knowledge base updates by documenting common issues and solutions.
  • Follow IT security guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support remote users by troubleshooting connectivity and access issues.

Skills and Qualifications

 

You have

  • Strong interest in computers and information technology
  • French and English are required
  • Knowlegde of Windows and Microsoft Office is a real asset
