IS Business Analyst SAP

Mission

IBA develops proton therapy solutions and particle accelerator technologies that help diagnose and treat cancer. Following our migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, you will help shape logistics and supply chain processes in a global company.

Your mission
You will stabilize, optimize and develop our SAP S/4HANA logistics landscape. Working with process owners, key users, IT experts and SAP partners, you will translate business needs into effective solutions.

Challenges we trust you with

• Act as the functional contact for SAP logistics processes, including MM, SD, EWM, PP, PP/DS, QM and Inventory Management.
• Gather and challenge requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and configure S/4HANA solutions using fit-to-standard principles.
• Coordinate delivery with technical teams and external partners.
• Execute testing and support data migration, cutover, go-live and stabilization.
• Investigate incidents and implement sustainable corrective solutions.
• Improve logistics processes and integration with finance, master data, planning and reporting.
• Produce documentation and support training and user adoption.

What we value

• Master’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain, logistics, business management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one SAP logistics module listed above.
• Experience deploying SAP logistics solutions in an S/4HANA environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and SAP integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in French and English. SAP Fiori, agile delivery and change management are assets.

Compensation package

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: [54,700 – 83,200]

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
