Head of Sales Administration

Mission

As a key member in the integration and sales support team, you’ll assist the head of the department in defining the sales support strategy. You’ll be in charge of team of 4 to 5 tender associates and experts. You’ll manage and prioritize sales request and animate the sales process. You’ll be responsible to manage risks associated with the sales, ensuring we answer customer needs while protecting IBA margins.

  • You will manage a team of sales support associates and experts
  • You will define the pricing and costing tool and process in collaborating with Proton Therapy operations and Proton Therapy Product Management
  • You will be a key actor in the sales strategy definition and the offer construction
  • You will inject return of experience in all our internal processes and help the sales and marketing team to be more efficient and impactful
  • You will support the sales force in all pre-sales activities
  • You will be accountable for quality and compliance of all documentation sent during the sales activities.
  • You will interact with internal departments to obtain relevant information on time
  • You will prepare inputs for replies to tenders and ensure its quality and impactfulness
  • You will prepare the quotation board and ensure that decisions are applied in the sales process;
  • You will ensure submissions of answers on time, replies are correct, up to date;
  • You will communicate with customers/prospects during replies to tenders and/or oral presentations;
  • You will help and support the global sales team in maintaining an up-to-date CRM

  • Strategic contributor to sales and business development efforts, injecting process improvements and customer feedback to optimize efficiency.
  • Excellent communicator with experience engaging customers during tender processes and coordinating across internal departments.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, risk assessment, and ensuring commercial alignment to protect margins and support global sales strategy.
