Mission
The Quality Manager is reporting to the Head of Corporate Quality and contributes to top product quality and compliance by promoting continuous improvement and collaboration. Through proactive risk management, testing, and adherence to global regulations, you deliver value to customers and stakeholders. You maintain a robust quality management system that ensures global compliance, enhances efficiency, and drives improvement across all functions, focusing on patient safety and product reliability in collaboration with IBA entities and business units.
Challenges we trust you with
- Lead the Corporate Quality team
- Maintain the IBA quality management system. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Ensure site and business is properly prepared for external and internal compliance inspections.
- Maintain product quality in close collaboration with the organization.
- Having the authority to issue concessions and stop production
- Ensure identification and reporting of any quality or compliance concerns, take appropriate actions.
- Ensure Supplier Quality compliance to the internal QMS and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous quality improvements.
What we value
- Studies degree in Quality Management or other technical study
- 5-8 years experienced in leading international quality teams (QM / QA / QS)
- Regulatory knowledge of norms and regulations for manufacturers in general and especially for medical devices
- Location in Louvain-la-Neuve
- Travel up to 20%
