IBA Industrial is the market leader for end-to-end electron and X-Ray solutions for different applications, ranging from medical sterilization to food irradiation, or to radio-isotope production.

IBA Industrial has built an augmented offering composed of services and expertise to support the Customers establishing a state-of-the-art irradiation facility, in all regions of the world. 

 

Your Mission

 

The Head of Product Management is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing IBA Industrial’s product portfolio, combining market needs, customer needs and technological advancements to meet our overall business objectives. 

To achieve this, you will lead and grow a team of over 10 product managers and solution engineers, as well as foster a strong cross-collaboration with R&D, Engineering & Supply Chain, Regulatory & Innovation teams, Sales & Marketing. 

This role blends product mastery, strategic vision, and leadership excellence, and is central to the success of our business and customers.

Strategic Leadership & Vision


- Develop and champion the product vision and roadmap for our full integrated solutions portfolio, aligned with IBA’s business and technology objectives
- Define and lead cross-functional strategic programs to achieve product-oriented goals, such as reliability, performance, profitability & sustainability 


Organizational Leadership & Talent Development


- Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of value product managers, technical product managers, solution engineers and product development associates. 
- Foster a high-performance, learning-driven culture and support professional development and succession planning


Product Management Governance, Process & Tools


- Define and implement product management processes – gate process, lifecycle management, product versioning, release management … - for both the product management team and its key stakeholders (R&D, Quality, …)
- Define & deploy KPIs to measure the performance of our product portfolio and enable continuous improvement
- Establish and ensure the successful adoption of product management tools, such as roadmaps, change request forms, product dashboards …


Business Continuity


- Shape the product roadmap to manage regulatory constraints, obsolescence and non-conformities


Solution Engineering


- Enable our sales objectives by leading a team of solution engineers that provide high quality technical knowledge to our sales team and prospects in selecting the right solution from our portfolio to meet their commercial and technical needs
- Oversee the pre-engineering process to scope and de-risk complex projects and solutions 

What we value

• Master’s degree in engineering or science, or a commercial degree with a proven track record in high-tech and industrial fields
• 10+ years experience in product or strategic program management, ideally in a similar industry 
• Experience building, developing, and leading large multidisciplinary teams. A proven track record of fostering talent, driving performance, and leading teams to execute complex projects
• Demonstrated and natural leadership and structuring capabilities. 
• Excellent communication, assertiveness and influencing skills, with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to identify and develop a strategic & compelling vision of the product’s future potential

 

And you also are: 

 


• A team player, able to create relationships and influence at all levels, and to work autonomously according to priorities and in a structured manner.
• A customer-oriented person with excellent interpersonal communication skills including presentation of ideas.
• Fluent written & spoken English. French is an important asset.  
• Flexible, pragmatic, and rigorous
• A proactive person willing to take initiatives.

 

Travel

 

Ready and flexible to travel if needed, up to 20% of the time.
