Mission

As Head of Operational Excellence at IBA, you will be the strategic leader driving transformation and continuous improvement across our Engineering & Supply Chain (E&SC) organization.
Your mission is to define and execute the Operational Excellence roadmap, shaping the industrial strategy and elevating long-term performance. Reporting directly to the Head of E&SC and as a member of the E&SC Management Team, you will lead high-impact initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, efficiency, and innovation.

Challenges we trust you with

Define and implement E&SC Industrial Strategy aligned with IBA’s business goals and strategic plan.
Organize and optimize end-to-end processes within E&SC, ensuring seamless integration with other IBA business processes.
Develop and execute E&SC Digital Transformation roadmap, leveraging digital solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness, in close collaboration with IBA Digital teams.
Establish and implement ERP Master Data governance to support robust and scalable business processes.
Design and lead the Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap, focusing on sustainability, safety, quality, lead time, and cost optimization.
Pilot CI projects, deliver measurable improvements, and coach CI project managers for maximum impact.
Lead, inspire, and empower a team of 5–10 professionals to achieve ambitious operational targets.

What we value

You have:

Proven experience in supply chain management within a hardware technology environment.
Expertise in operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
Strong track record in leading transformation and change management projects.
Experience in digital transformation and/or ERP/data governance is a distinct advantage.
Fluent English (written and spoken); a good level of French is a plus.
