Mission
As a Head of Global Sales in our Business Unit Industry, your mission will be
- Define the global commercial long term vision.
- Decline the vision in a strategic and then operational commercial roadmap.
- Develop the necessary talent pool to fulfill commercial needs.
- Own the commercial/selling process
Challenges we trust you with
You will be responsible for an international team of 9 colleagues (5 sales managers and the team "Contract administrator" of 4 colleagues), based in Asia, US and Europe.
- Lead the team and help them to grow
- Contributes to the vision and strategy of the Business Unit
- Drives the strategy for the international team
- Translates the strategy into operational plans and guides their realization
- Decisions impact the medium to long-term achievement of goals
- Accountable for strategy execution and the achievement of goals
What we value
You have
- A strong industrial experience (at least 15 years of experience)
- A proven sales experience in high growth market (asset)
- A proven capability in defining strategies to pursue our growth
- An experience in people management: you are able to help your team to growth (at least 5 years of experience)
- An international experience
- A deep interest for technical and financial matters;
- Analytical skills; and you are able to identify and interact easily with customer’s high level makers and
stakeholders - Strong presentation and communication skills in English; French is an asset
