HR Data and Systems Analyst

About the role
At IBA, a global leader in the fight against cancer, we’re creating a new key position within our HR department: a hybrid role that combines HR data analytics, SAP SuccessFactors user support, and a real contribution to the evolution of our HRIS.
Why this role now?
Because data has become strategic. We want someone who’s curious, analytical, and hands-on, ready to turn raw HR data into meaningful insights for our internal clients and help us move toward a more automated and efficient HR ecosystem.
This is a newly created role, some data exists today, but most of the structure and processes are still to be built and improved.
What you’ll do
1) HR data analysis
- Explore HR data (from SuccessFactors, payroll, etc.) to provide relevant insights
- Respond to requests from internal clients or proactively suggest helpful analyses
- Detect data inconsistencies and anomalies
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability
- Help automate recurring reports
- Play an active role in building a data-driven HR vision
2) HRIS development and process improvement
- Take part in HRIS evolution stories (access rights, feature updates, etc.)
- Write specifications, test functionalities, and collaborate with IT
- No worries if you’re not an expert in SuccessFactors — we’ll train you!
3) Internal support
- Respond to HR systems-related questions via the dedicated mailbox
- Be a reliable point of contact for system users
- Help users better understand and use our HR tools effectively
Who you are
- You have at least one experience in a data, analytics, or systems-oriented role
- You’re genuinely interested in HR topics and want to support their digital transformation
- You’re analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and able to apply common sense when facing complex situations
- You enjoy improving processes, testing, learning through trial and error—and above all, delivering results
- You don’t need to know SuccessFactors yet—we’ll teach you!
- You’re comfortable working with different internal stakeholders and know how to keep projects moving
- Advanced Excel skills are a strong asset
- You speak English (B2 minimum) and French (C2)
Tools you’ll use
- SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central modules)
- Payroll and internal HR systems
- Daily collaboration with IT, managers, and Key Users
