As a People Business Partner (Corporate), you are a key partner to our Corporate functions (HQ population of ~200 employees).

 

You drive the People agenda in close collaboration with business leaders across diverse departments.

You ensure the effective deployment of core HR processes while aligning People priorities with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you contribute to organizational performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across transversal initiatives.

 

This role is ideal for an HR professional with solid foundations (5–10 years of experience) who is ready to grow into a Business Partner position and build a clear career path.

Challenges we trust you with

  • Partnering closely with Corporate managers to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR plans.
  • Managing and deploying core HR processes (performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, employee relations, etc.).
  • Supporting leaders in organizational design, team effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
  • Handling specific employee matters with emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
  • Contributing to transversal projects.
  • Navigating a complex industrial environment and diverse stakeholder landscape.

And you also are:

  • Full professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Bringing 5–10 years of experience in HR, ideally combining experiences such as HR advisory or HR consulting, recruitment or talent support close to the business, a generalist HR role within an organization
  • Experienced in supporting business teams for several years and ready to step into (or consolidate) a Business Partner scope.
  • Motivated to build a long-term career path as an HR Business Partner.
  • Comfortable in a Corporate environment with diverse populations and transversal challenges.
  • Structured, pragmatic, and impact-oriented.

The job will be located in Belgium.
