We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our HR team focused on employees based in Belgium. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our employees based in Belgium, addressing complex inquiries related to various HR matters.


We are looking for someone who not only thrives in administrative tasks but also enjoys navigating complex environments. Approximately 80% of the responsibilities for this role are administrative.

Challenges we trust you with

You role will be, for example:

  1. Payroll Oversight:

    • Manage end-to-end payroll processes.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll transactions.
  2. Employee Inquiry Resolution:

    • Address intricate employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits and social documents.
    • Provide comprehensive solutions and guidance.
  3. Data Management:

    • Adapt data in HR systems following new hires or changes in individual situations.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  4. Cafeteria Plan Expertise:

    • Leverage experience in managing complex cafeteria plans.
    • Support and guide employees on cafeteria benefits.
  5. Compliance Assurance:

    • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
    • Stay informed about legislative changes impacting payroll and benefits.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
    • Work closely with Finance and HR teams to maintain data accuracy.

What we value

  • At least one experience in HR (previous experience in payroll and familiarity with managing complex cafeteria plans will be highly advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Rigorous, meticulous person who knows how to work independently and take initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, stress resistant
  • Multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in both English and French is required
