Finance Project Manager

As a Finance Project Manager at IBA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CFO and Finance leadership team on strategic initiatives and transversal projects 

Challenges we trust you with

•    Providing support on various transversal projects such as ERP transformation, M&A activities and other corporate endeavors
•    Developing presentations and documentation for governance meetings including Board and Management team meetings, in collaboration with the Finance Leadership team
•    Assisting in Finance digitalization efforts to enhance efficiency.
•    Facilitating communication between Finance teams and Business Units
•    Supporting processes to optimize workflows such as: 
o    Developing reporting and tools in collaboration with the Controlling/Consolidation teams to provide actionable insights
o    Forecasting cash flows to ensure financial stability and agility
o    Mapping of product flows for improved tax compliance and efficiency
o    Budgeting processes

What we value


You have:
•    5-8 years of experience in finance, with a background ideally in strategic or financial consulting, or in a business role such as Controlling or Corporate Finance;
•    Proficiency in IT tools including SAP, PowerBI, and Microsoft PowerPoint;
•    Fluency in English

And you also are:

•    Able to effectively communicate with both management and team members;
•    A team player;
•    Naturally curious, self-driven, and capable of making independent decisions.
