Mission
Are you passionate about digital transformation and finance? As an ERP Key User and Digital Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing digital knowledge within our finance team. You'll provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient with our systems and tools. Acting as a bridge between end-users and the IT team, you'll translate business requirements into technical specifications and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Challenges we trust you with
- Serve as the 2nd level of application support for end-users worldwide and train Super Users.
- Maintain up-to-date governance (master data, access management) and monitor data quality.
- Collect business requirements, conduct testing, resolve issues based on priorities, and ensure user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration in end-to-end processes like Record to Report, Lead to Cash, and Source to Pay.
- Prepare and deliver end-user training materials and keep process documentation current.
- Foster excellent relationships with end-users and Business Process Owners through effective communication.
- Participate in digital projects and rollouts as a key user for all entities, ensuring system compliance and functionality.
What we value
You have:
- Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP.
- Experience working in project-mode at your current employer.
- Financial acumen and a track record of business process improvement.
- SAP Fi/Co Finance Key User or accountant with a technical interest.
- SAP S4/Hana experience is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both French and English.

- Bi-lingual (FR/EN): Proficient in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to Travel: Open to occasional travel (up to 10% of the time).
