Field Service Manager (Europe/Asia)

Mission
The Field Service Manager is responsible for leading the team in charge of the installation and/or maintenance and/or repair of IBA equipments/systems at IBA or on customer's site in order to deliver within defined timelines a final reliable working product, matching quality, performance, customer satisfaction requirements.
In the Business Unit Industrial, we are looking for the Field Service Manager responsible for Europe and Asia (except China). Around 20 Field Service Engineers (FSE) are in the team. With your colleagues responsible for US and China, you will report to the Head of Regional Manager.
The function is based in Belgium (Louvain-La-Neuve).

Your challenge will be:
- Build, develop and manage the teams in line with company objectives, IBA quality standards and ethics
- Coordinate, manage and direct Field Service Engineers team (organise the planning according to the internal customers requests)
- Provide guidance in professional and career development
- Be the interface contact with related departments and regions for his/her own components
- Report and document on team activities, improvement propositions and actions
- Ensure all IBA and legal requirements for safety and quality are met within the teams
You will be more a people manager than a technical manager.
