Facility Coordinator

Mission

Are you an Engineering professional with a passion for Facility Coordination ? We're looking for someone who can make our facilities a second home for our talented colleagues.

As a Facility Coordinator at IBA, your mission will be to manage the infrastructure (Buildings, Electricity, Fluids, Gas, Access control, fire alarm, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, BMS, etc.) and lead various improvement projects.

You'll also serve as the backup for Maintenance management.

Challenges we trust you with

• Facility and Infrastructure Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure, ensuring it complies with industrialization, safety, and radioprotection standards. This includes maintenance, improvements, and the development of technical documentation.
• Budget Planning and Tendering: Prepare budget proposals and tenders for projects related to facilities and infrastructure. Create works plans and manage projects, reporting on progress.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop a preventive maintenance plan for new installations and contracts with Facilities and Infrastructure service providers.
• BMS and Supervision: Develop and maintain BMS infrastructure and supervision systems, leveraging your expertise in systems like Desigo and Panorama.
• Energy Efficiency: Monitor and reduce energy, fluids, and gas consumption, contributing to sustainability projects aimed at energy conservation.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that IBA infrastructure complies with industrialization, safety, and radioprotection standards, as well as local regulations.
• Reliability Planning: Define and implement reliability plans for facilities and infrastructure equipment and premises.
• Safety and Security: Actively participate in implementing safety and security policies for Facilities and Infrastructure activities.
• Miscellaneous Projects: Provide support in various projects as needed.

What we value

• Your are a technical Generalist, electromechanician preferably
• BMS and Supervision system expertise is an asset (Desigo, Panorama)
• Able to do some light handyworks
• An industrial experience is an asset

And you also are:

• Service and Internal customers oriented
• Structured, self demanding and quality oriented in tasks/projects
• Very able to connect to other people, good communication skills, French and English
• Team and fellowship spirit

You have a certification in Safety (level 3 at least)
