Mission
As a Facility & Process Engineer, you will support the Integralab department, which delivers complete radiopharmacy solutions from building design to the integration of cyclotrons and third-party equipment to create fully functional GMP-compliant radiopharmacies.
You will act as a key interface between the customer, project team, and external partners, ensuring that building-related designs and installations are aligned with GMP standards, customer requirements, and internal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure technical building-related support to Sales and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the main contact with the customer for building and layout aspects, asking the right questions to fully understand project needs.
- Conduct site visits and building audits to assess the suitability of existing buildings for cyclotron installation.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, such as architectural and engineering firms, and ensure their deliverables meet technical and GMP standards.
- Provide basic and principal designs deliverables to the customer, ensuring proper compilation of set of drawings and technical requirements from internal teams ( Facility Process Engineers) sub-contractors).
- Participate in customer presentations, often in collaboration with Sales, to present Integralab offering, building concepts and technical solutions during pre-sales phase.
- During the project (post-sale), supporting the project manager and the customer’s team for all the questions related to the building.
- Gather customer feedbacks and perform site surveys to improve documentation and optimize future designs.
Skills and Qualifications
You have
- A Master’s or Industrial Engineering degree in Construction, Electromechanics, or a similar technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial building follow-up, facility management, or engineering (e.g., pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotech environment).
- Ability to read and discuss building plans and interact confidently with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
- Experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
- Fluency in English, French and Spanish are assets.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% worldwide, mostly for short visits (a few days).
