Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager

Mission

 

As a Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager, you play a key role in shaping safe, efficient, and sustainable workplaces. You are responsible for driving end-to-end facility and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 

In this role, you act as a trusted partner to operations and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative technical solutions, and ensuring optimal performance of buildings and infrastructure.  

This is a hands-on and high-impact position, combining project management, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic industrial environment.

Challenges we trust you with

 

1. Facilities & Infrastructure Project Management 

 

  • Identify needs, risks, and improvement opportunities related to facilities and infrastructure
  • Analyze technical solutions and define the most efficient and sustainable approach
  • Develop project specifications, budgets, and timelines
  • Build and defend business cases to stakeholders
  • Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
  • Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Oversee commissioning, validation, and final acceptance of works
  • Track costs and ensure financial control of projects
  • Manage documentation and ensure regulatory compliance 

 

2. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management 

 

  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
  • Participate in safety meetings and risk analyses
  • Support fire prevention and infrastructure safety initiatives
  • Contribute to legal inspections and compliance controls 

 

3. Building Maintenance & Operations Support 

 

  • Coordinate building maintenance activities and contractors
  • Support day-to-day operational issue resolution
  • Manage tickets and workflows (e.g., JIRA or similar tools)
  • Act as backup within the F&I team when needed 

 

4. Continuous Improvement & Sustainability 

 

  • Drive process improvements in facilities and infrastructure management
  • Support sustainability and mobility initiatives
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for optimization
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics 

 

5. Stakeholder & Communication Management 

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, safety, engineering, management)
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes clearly
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients and external partners 

What we value

 


You have :

 

  • Degree or strong background in Electromechanics, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in facilities, infrastructure, or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of technical systems (HVAC, electrical, building infrastructure, etc.)
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Safety Advisor certification (Level 2 or 3) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and project structuring skills
  •  Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High level of ownership and professional commitment

  • Fluent in French (native) and English (professional level)

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable) for this position is provided below: Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 54700 - 83200 € 

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
