Engineering & Supply Chain Business Controller

Mission

 

As our Engineering & Supply Chain (E&SC) Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our E&SC operations by providing critical financial insights and guidance. You will collect, analyze, and interpret financial data related to procurement, production, inventory, and reverse logistics. You will provide comprehensive financial information and KPIs to make informed decisions at the level of the E&SC Leadership Team as a true business partner.

Challenges we trust you with

 

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Support financial closing processes, analyze actuals vs. budget, prepare reporting, track KPIs, advise the ESC Leadership Team.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Consolidate and challenge financial data to build the budget and the long term financial & strategic plan, identify and manage related risks & opportunities.
  • Inventory & CapEx Management: Promote inventory accountability, track stock obsolescence and reverse logistics operations, monitor CapEx.
  • Business Support & Optimization: Drive costs/profitability optimization initiatives across multiple dimensions, including: product and project costing, production variances, production overheads…
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Ensure compliance with standards and governance, identify process improvements opportunities.
  • SAP process owner: Provide guidance, support and training as SAP business process owner.

What we value

 


You have :

 

•    A master’s degree in Economics, Management or Commercial/Project Engineering;
•    At least 5 years of relevant experience (in controlling, audit…), ideally in a supply chain or project environment
•    A very good command of SAP (Power BI is a strong plus)
•    Excellent communication skills both in English and in French
