Electromechanical Product Manager

Mission
The Product Manager plays a key role in the growth of RadioPharmaceuticals Solutions (RPS) by defining and developing customer-focused products and services. The position bridges RPS Product Management, Sales, Marketing and R&D, with a strong focus on equipment definition, market analysis and product lifecycle management.
The selected person will be mainly focused on the Cyclone Key.
Your mission consists to:
- Manage product success across its lifecycle, ensuring collaboration with technical teams for optimization.
- Analyze market and customer needs to identify opportunities and guide product development.
- Develop and refine RPS services and digital products and participation to product innovation.
- Plan and execute product programs through PRD and PLCM frameworks.

- Define product roadmaps for new developments, aligned with strategic goals (yearly strategic plan).
- Collaborate in project teams to ensure effective roadmap implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Build market expertise and assess partnerships to stay ahead of trends.
- Propose and implement program improvements based on market feedback.
Additional Duties:
- Support marketing efforts for product launches.
- Maintain accurate product documentation for stakeholders.
- Provide training and product information to internal and external teams.
What we value
We are looking for a technical profile, more than a business developer, who wants to become an expert in our equipment in the eyes of the external and internals customers.
You have:
- A Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electromechanics, Business Engineer) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience (installation, maintenance,...). An experience in product management or a related role is an additional asset.
- Fluent in English, with French as an asset.
And you also are:
- Strong team player and communicator.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a structured approach when needed.
- Business and product development oriented.
- Willingness to work on-site in Louvain-La-Neuve a least twice a week and travel occasionally (4-5 times a year worldwide).
