As part of this dynamic group, you’ll play a pivotal role in the electrical installation of advanced medical facilities, contributing directly to innovative cancer treatment solutions worldwide.
General Mission
As an Electrical Installation Coordinator, you will oversee electrical installations at customer sites to deliver a reliable, high-quality final product that meets defined timelines, performance expectations, and customer satisfaction. Your work will ensure seamless integration of electrical systems for cutting-edge medical equipment.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Support Design & Construction Coordination:
o Review electrical drawings and wiring lists to ensure design accuracy.
• Customize RFQ Files and Subcontractor Selection:
o Participate in subcontractor selection based on budget, quality, and certification requirements.
o Ensure subcontractors meet qualifications for rigging-related activities.
• Organize Electrical Installation Activities:
o Prepare installations in collaboration with subcontractors, defining rigging plans and timelines.
o Align with Project Managers (PMs) on the proposed sequence of activities.
o Ensure all necessary materials and actions are ready in advance.
• Supervise Electrical Subcontractors On-Site:
o Ensure subcontractors adhere to IBA’s internal processes and schedules.
o Monitor and report on installation progress daily, addressing any deviations promptly.
o Provide technical support and propose solutions as needed.
• Validate Subcontractor Work:
o Oversee the acceptance process and validate subcontractors’ work through appropriate certifications.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement:
o Share lessons learned and propose enhancements to methods, standards, and procedures.
o Support document updates, including planning, procedures, and checklists.
o Assist in training peers to maintain a high-quality, collaborative environment.
