Digital Transformation Manager

Challenges we trust you with
- Manage the roll out and implementation of process improvement projects within the Sales and Marketing Processes.
- Create a digital ecosystem map based on the deployed tools today (Microsoft 365, SalesForce, Pardot, PowerBI but also more specialized tools such as Responsive or Upslide)
- Build and maintain dashboards and data analytics approaches to make sense out of the available data.
- Help teams run marketing campaigns by defining and implementing KPIs and dashboards
- Identify and roll out new AI-driven improvements in tools and ways of working
- Train teams and promote adherence to the tools deployed.
- Work in close contact with Digital Solutions team as a product owner of SalesForce, Pardot.
- Be the main point of contact for deployment; seek engagement and ensure support to your internal customers.
- Maintain good working relationships with your internal customers and other stakeholders, managing expectations and effectively communicating project status.
- Ensure close follow up of your deployments to deliver within quality, time, and budget constraints
- Prepare on time and accurate reporting and communication to management
What we value
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or data management; or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in managing complex change projects involving IT deployments and process updates
- Excellent English presentation skills (both written and oral) with an ability to communicate across different levels of the business
- Knowledge of SalesForce, Pardot, PowerBI, Copilot, ChatGPT, and other tools and platforms is an asset
- A knack for new developed IT technologies, balanced with a realistic understanding of the need to pace deployments and manage change
- A strong interest in marketing and sales process, balanced with the ability to take a data driven helicopter approach
- A positive can-do spirit, balanced with the ability to listen to stakeholders and complex needs and requests
