Profile :

• Master’s student in business Engineering, Information Systems, Data Sciences, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of Excel (PowerBI is a plus)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to critically analyze data
• Good writing skills to summarize
• Rigorous and organized
• Curious, open-minded, and creative
• Eager to learn

Tasks : 

• Interview stakeholder and document business needs
• Write user stories and functional specifications
• Execute functional testing
• Support User Acceptance Testing and report issues
• Maintain project documentation and change logs
• Build and update PowerBI dashboards and reports
• Clean and validate datasets
• Support with preparation of training materials
• Help with project coordination (meeting notes, follow-ups,..)
