What You'll Do:

As a Pricing Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our pricing strategies are both competitive and aligned with the company's financial goals. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and developing complex pricing structures to optimize profitability and competitiveness
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations) to understand and influence pricing decisions
• Utilizing advanced Excel skills to create models and scenarios that support strategic pricing decisions
• Interpreting financial data to inform business strategy, ensuring alignment between pricing and overall company objectives
• Continuously refining costing and pricing methodologies to adapt to market changes and business needs

What we value

What You Bring to the Table:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: Up to 3-5 years of experience in pricing, costing, or financial analysis 
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency is a must; knowledge of Salesforce or technical sales operations is a plus
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to manage complex data, develop pricing strategies, and solve problems effectively
• Attention to Detail: You thrive in environments where precision is critical and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across departments
