Communications Support Assistant

Mission
Within the Communications team, the Communications Assistant supports the coordination and execution of corporate and internal communication activities.
Reporting to the Head of Department, the role combines organizational, administrative, and operational support with the opportunity to progressively take ownership of selected communication projects in a hands-on and agile environment.
The role contributes to the smooth functioning and efficiency of communication operations across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide organizational and administrative support to the communication team
- Support coordination activities and operational follow-up at team and group level
- Organize meetings and working sessions, including agenda coordination, preparation, minutes, and follow-up of action items
- Manage and monitor administrative processes (purchase orders, supplier follow-up, documentation, tracking and light reporting)
- Manage, update, and maintain content across communication platforms (intranet, website, social media, internal tools)
- Provide operational and logistical support for communication initiatives and events
- Contribute to the coordination, monitoring, and follow-up of communication projects, in interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
You have
- A bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- A first experience in communication, management support, or project coordination
- A strong interest in administrative and coordination tasks
- Good writing and synthesis skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Comfortable with digital and collaboration tools
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite and similar publishing tools is an asset
- Experience working with international stakeholders (US or China) is a plus
