Mission
As Deputy Chief Product Owner, you will be the trusted partner of the Chief Product Owner, helping to orchestrate product alignment, accelerate decision-making and maximize value delivery across a complex product ecosystem.
In this highly visible role, you will connect Product Owners, Component Managers and key stakeholders to ensure priorities, risks, dependencies and opportunities are clearly understood and effectively managed. Through data-driven insights and strategic analysis, you will help transform complex information into actionable decisions that drive product success.
Challenges we trust you with
- Support the CPO in steering the Product Context and aligning teams around shared objectives.
- Consolidate priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery insights across multiple product areas.
- Prepare decision-ready analyses, recommendations and governance materials.
- Drive transparency on product performance, roadmap execution and business impact.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across Product Owners, Component Managers and stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance product management practices, organizational effectiveness and delivery flow.
- Monitor strategic risks and ensure actions and decisions are effectively followed through.
Contribute to release planning, prioritization and value tracking across the product landscape
What we value
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a product, engineering, project, program, or business-related environment.
- Strong understanding of product development and product organizations; knowledge of the product domain is a significant advantage.
- Broad, generalist profile with the ability to connect technical, business and organizational perspectives.
- Engineering background is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience working in Agile environments and influencing without formal authority is highly valued.

Compensation package
The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:
Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: [83.200– 126.300]
The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
