Mission

IBA Radiopharma Solutions (RPS) is entering a phase of strong growth and transformation, supporting the global expansion of radiopharmaceutical production and services. To accelerate this journey, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic right hand to leadership, driving cross-functional initiatives that support the evolution and scaling of RPS.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Transformation Leadership

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including:

• • • Evolution of innovation processes

• • • Organizational and operating model transformation

• • • Strategic planning and execution

• Translate strategy into concrete, executable roadmaps aligned with RPS growth ambitions.

Change Management & Scaling

• Support RPS through rapid growth and scaling, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution discipline.

• Drive change management initiatives, ensuring adoption across teams and functions.

• Help structure governance, decision-making, and prioritization in a complex, high-stakes environment.

Cross-Functional Strategic Steering

• Act as a transversal strategic orchestrator across Product, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams.

• Pilot and deliver critical strategic projects with direct exposure to senior leadership.

• Prepare executive-level insights, analyses, and recommendations to support key decisions.

What we value

Profile

Education & Background

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent.

Proven experience in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar), with strong exposure to:

• Strategic transformation

• Organizational design

• Complex operational environments
