Mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CO Accountant to join our finance team.
The person will report to the Financial Controller and is part of the Group Accounting Department. The CO accountant role is a worldwide role; activities are having impact on all legal entities.
Challenges we trust you with
- Managing and analyzing costs
- Running settlement & distributions and overhead calculations in order to close the CO module
- Preparing detailed cost inventory and revenue reports
- Providing precise financial data to aid the company’s decision-making processes
- Taking care of some accounting tasks such as reconciliation of the respective Balance Sheet accounts, adjustment entries related to revenue recognition, IFRS-16 restatement for the local leases and assistance to transfer pricing calculations
- Managing liaison between General Ledger accountants and Business Controllers
What we value
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience of at least 3-5 years in accounting/controlling or a related role, with specific experience in CO accounting being preferred
- Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), at least with IFRS
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Eye for detail on correctly allocating costs towards the correct analytical object
- Understanding of tax compliance and internal control systems to ensure financial accuracy
- English, with a good level of French. Any other language is an asset

- A skilled communicator, adept at presenting financial insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- Highly collaborative and influential, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive decisions effectively
- IT minded, with a good knowledge of SAP and SAP-CO; experience with RA (Result Analysis) is a plus
- Detail-oriented and precise, ensuring accuracy in financial data management and report preparation
- Analytical and resourceful, skilled at conducting thorough cost analyses and evaluating settlements or allocations
- Thoughtful and discerning, with a critical mindset to challenge assumptions and identify optimal solutions
