Business Project Coordinator

Mission

In a context of strong growth and increasing opportunities, IBA is looking for a Business Project Coordinator for the RadioPharma Solution Business Unit. 

This person will play a key role in coordinating innovative projects, bringing new ideas for the business’s needs.
 

Challenges we trust you with

As a Business Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible to develop the department's business. 

•   Act as a driver of action: energize and support team members in turning ideas into concrete opportunities.
•    Analyze innovations and collaborate with finance, corporate, marketing, legal, and product management teams.
•    Identify and evaluate new market opportunities (materials, technologies, partnerships, acquisitions).
•    Coordinate strategic initiatives within the Business Development team.
•    Monitor project progress to ensure they reach defined milestones and remind stakeholders of their commitments.
•    Maintain external contacts with clients, potential partners, and experts.
•    Participate in assessing whether to pursue joint ventures or acquisitions, working closely with the business.

What we value

•    At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
•    Broad knowledge across finance, marketing, legal, ideally with a technical background (medical, radiopharma, healthcare).
•    Experience in business development focused on partnerships, acquisitions, joint ventures is an asset
•    Ability to work cross-functionally without direct managerial responsibilities.
•    Languages: Fluent English required, French is a plus.
•    Willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year (short trips).
