At IBA, we are undergoing a significant transformation of our Digital Solutions (DS) landscape. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled DS Business Analyst specializing in SuccessFactors to reinforce and develop our Application Services. Join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Challenges we trust you with

  • Maintain HRIS solutions: Ensure the continuity and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions, including ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
  • Requirements gathering: Provide expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and generating technical solutions.
  • Functional testing support: Support functional testing processes to ensure the solutions meet business needs and specifications.
  • Project support: Assist in SuccessFactors projects and functional implementations.
  • Stakeholder communication: Facilitate effective communication between business units, DS, and external IT partners to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management: Lead and deliver small projects related to SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Continuous learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in SuccessFactors, other HRIS solutions and industry trends.
  • Documentation: Ensure comprehensive and clear documentation of SuccessFactors system configurations and processes.

What we value

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or relevant field.
  • 3-7 years of experience as a business analyst with strong functional and analytical skills. 
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a significant asset. 
  • Experience in implementing a Learning Management System is also a valuable asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions within the SuccessFactors environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust-based relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality work within established deadlines.
  • Openness to new technologies and innovations in Human Resources and Learning.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
