Your Impact
As a Business Analyst specialized in Siemens Teamcenter and NX, you’ll be a central player in the optimization and digitalization of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem. Working closely with engineering, IT, production, and external providers, you’ll help shape the future of our product data strategy.
Challenges we trust you with
- Optimize & Support PLM/CAD Tools: Ensure continuity and performance of Teamcenter and NX
- Analyze business needs: Gather requirements and translate them into scalable PLM/CAD solutions
- Improve engineering processes: Propose enhancements around BOM management, workflows, design data flows
- Support testing: Lead UAT and system validation for PLM-related implementations
- Project participation: Contribute to (or lead) projects like module rollouts, integrations, or version upgrades
- Bridge stakeholders: Act as the go-between for engineering, IT, and solution providers
- Training & documentation: Create user guides, deliver training, and ensure clear documentation
- Technology monitoring: Keep an eye on Siemens’ roadmap and PLM trends to propose improvements
What we value
You have:
- A degree in Engineering, Industrial IT, or a similar technical field
- A relevant experience in a PLM/CAD Business Analyst or Application Specialist role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and NX
- Experience in engineering data flows, BOM structures, and PLM/CAD-ERP integration
- Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems (e.g., SAP, MES)
- Excellent communication in English (French is a plus)
