BOM Engineer

Mission

 

As a BOM Engineer, you will evolve in the Project Management Office for IBA Clinical.

You will be the interface between Research & Development, Installation teams, Logistics teams and Manufacturing (internal and/or subcontracted) to help defining the Bill Of Material for our projects. The Bill Of material will reflect project needs associated to logistics constraints.

You will help creating the BOM in dedicated PLM, test and adapt based on constraints and feedback from all teams. And also, you will make the link with Teams involved in the product global lifecycle : RnD, Manufacturing engineer, Planning, Logistics, Installation… and ensure a regular and complete reporting to the manager regarding the activity of task category.

  • Collect project constraints
  • Collect supply and logistics constraints
  • Understand Team Center constraints 
  • Define structures for Team Center  
  • Define adapted flexibility associated to specific RnD project such as P+ Revamp
  • Applicability follow-up and implementation in BOM
  • Project BOM aligned with Logistics constraints and Project requirements for installation

  • Master in Engineering or equivalent
  • Good knowledge ERP and PLM : S4 HANA and Team Center
  • Good oral & written communication in French and English

You are:

  • Act as facilitator

Compensation package

 

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

 

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 52.000 - 72.300 €

 

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
