Mission
The NX & Teamcenter (TC) Application Owner is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Siemens NX and Teamcenter applications across the IBA organization. This role ensures optimal performance, alignment with business needs, and continuous evolution of the PLM ecosystem while supporting strategic initiatives such as the expansion of PLM scope.

Application Ownership & Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for NX and Teamcenter applications across the entire organization.
• Oversee application health, ensuring quality, performance, reliability, and availability.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with IT service management practices.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain high service levels.
Strategy & PLM Roadmap
• Define, maintain, and implement the PLM roadmap aligned with IBA strategic objectives.
• Ensure integration and consistency with other enterprise systems such as S4 Hana, Jira, and ServiceMax.
• Translate business needs into actionable initiatives, balancing functional value with technical feasibility.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver practical and sustainable solutions.
• Act as the interface between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure delivery meets expectations and standards.
Agile Delivery & Backlog Management
• Manage the application ticket backlog and define priorities in alignment with business needs.
• Plan and coordinate work across sprints in collaboration with development teams.
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues and delivery of enhancements.
Application Evolution & Strategic Projects
• Play a key role in the “Sirius” project, extending the PLM scope to Bill of Process and logistics in alignment with the existing deployment.
• Evaluate system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Advocate for enhancements, upgrades, and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term IT strategy.
User Support & Adoption
• Promote best practices and contribute to building structured and standardized processes.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
• Deliver or coordinate training sessions and documentation for end users.
What we value
You have:
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter within a PLM environment
• Solid understanding of PLM processes, including engineering and manufacturing workflows
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with enterprise system integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Jira, ServiceMax)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across technical and business teams
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and problem-solving

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable) for this position is provided below:
Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 72 300 - 109 900 €
The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
