Mission
Within a team of 6 colleagues based in Louvain-La-Neuve, you will help us by administratively supporting our different HR missions (Flexible budget in salary, Administrative onboarding, First-line support, Absence management, … ).
Challenges we trust you with
- Administration of our Flex Income Plan
- Monitoring of sports activities, including budget planning, invoice management, and expense allocation
- Follow-up on insurances of new and resigning employees
- Administrative document management
- Answering first line HR questions
- Organize welcome meetings
- Follow-up questions and manage cafeteria plan benefits
- Follow-up on insurances of new employees
- Follow-up on workplace accidents
- Encode vacation certificates
- Encode medical certificates
- Providing relevant information to our supplier (SD Workx, SAP,…)
What we value
You have:
- A Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent by experience
- High interest in HR matters : Junior welcome!
- Good knowledge of Excel and also the Office suite
- Good knowledge in English

- Organized, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize them
- Rigorous, with meticulous attention to detail
