People Operations Administrator

Mission

 

Responsible for technical data support for the People function information system (HR Minds), ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and user comfort while also supporting People Ops activities.

Challenges we trust you with

 

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain People data in various systems and databases, including up-to-date employee files, records, and data within the HRIS system and other internal shared resources. 
  • Use Excel and other tools to manipulate and analyze data for reporting and decision-making purposes, auditing data and ensuring alignment among all systems, cost centers, and team structures.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data management processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency, answer basic user system questions and escalate complex issues to the HR Minds team. 
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features. 
  • Partner with cross-functional global team members on systems-related issues, requests for enhancements, report queries, and other activities and projects.
  • Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support People operations and decision-making.
  • Provide regular checkups and status updates of USA data; review transaction results; assess system performance and accuracy.
  • Serve as the point of contact for system usage, access, testing, and escalation requests. 

What we value

 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Two years experience data coordination, -aggregation, and- processing, as well as creation of standard and ad-hoc reporting 
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn people management software, payroll mechanics, and similar computer applications.
  • Basic understanding of HR and People Operations corporate environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

And you also are:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills are a plus.
  • Experienced in using ADP Workforce Now, SAP, and SuccessFactors software a plus.
  • Able to work well under pressure and coordinate several activities at one time.
  • Capable of solving problems and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to develop trusting and long-term relationships internally and externally within a global operations context.
  • Continuously focused on improving employee satisfaction.
  • Work well within a complex organization and collaborate with staff at all levels.
  • Adept at planing to meet deliverables, seeking input, and collaborating with team members to meet objectives.
  • Able to work overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is provided below. Within this range, individual compensation is influenced by various factors such as location, job-specific skills, work experience, and relevant education or training. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, and benefits.

 

Approximate Range
$80,400 – 103,300 USD
