Mission
The Site Manager is responsible for leading the team, site operation of the customers’ IBA Proton Therapy system, site budget, and the relationship with the customer.
Challenges we trust you with
- Set performance targets, prepare and execute business and maintenance plans, and work side by side with the customer to ensure a safe and positive treatment experience for the patients undergoing treatment at the center.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, developing, engaging, and managing the teams' performance.
- Deliver on-site services, including system operations, installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Manage the site's performance, including monitoring system performance, increasing productivity, delivering high-quality customer service, and effectively managing cost and budget.
- Lead, coach, and support service teams. Delineate the site team’s development, hiring, onboarding, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor KPI’s and lead to maintain high levels of quality while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prioritize time to determine how to support both customers and colleagues best.
- Make the safety of the team, customer, and patients your top priority and coordinate EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) processes and assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete required and mandatory training related to People management, technical requirements, and EHS-required training.
What we value
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational training.
- Previous experience leading technical Service and Operations teams, preferably in a high-availability critical environment.
- 7+ years of experience leading, coaching, and engaging teams of 7-10 people.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop trusting relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to develop a plan of action or strategy, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to meet objectives.
- Strong leadership skills and desire to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
- Develop the Technical Leader's role to act as the Site Manager’s backup in their absence: develop customer relationship skills, people-management and leadership competencies, and budget management.
- Customer-focused mindset aimed at continuously improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience with financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive staff.
- Pride of ownership to put one’s name next to the center’s performance.
And you also are:
- Experienced working in a clinical/hospital environment preferred.
- Experienced with ServiceMax and SAP preferred.
- Able to motivate, support, and empower people.
- Results-driven and customer-oriented.
- Capable of working autonomously and making inclusive and thoughtful decisions.
- Able to work with a solution-focused approach, striving to determine the best actions needed to complete the team's assignments.
Compensation and Benefits
The approximate annual base salary range for this position is provided below. Within this range, individual compensation is influenced by various factors such as location, job-specific skills, work experience, and relevant education or training. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, and benefits.
Approximate Range
$122,200 – 157,900 USD
