Field Service Manager

Mission

Is responsible for leading the Chinese Field Service Engineer team of Radiopharma Solution& Industrial business units in charge of the installation, maintenance and repair of IBA equipment/systems at IBA or on the customer’s site to deliver within defined timelines a final reliable working product, matching quality, performance, customer satisfaction requirements.

•    Execute Business strategy through an adequate action plan
Build, develop, and manage the teams in line with company objectives, IBA quality standards and ethics. Will ensure the local FSE team is well following HQ working methodologies, and state of the art ways of working. 

•    Coordinate, Manage and direct Field Service Engineers team
Resources planning is implemented on time, according to customers' requests, with the level of compliance, quality, and technical performance.

•    Manage resource conflict issues within the teams
Escalated problems are solved, and solutions are documented.

•    Provide guidance in professional and career development
You support your team members and provide the necessary means (training and personal coaching) to allow them to grow technically and/or professionally.

•    Be the interface contact with related departments and regions for his/her own components
Maintain efficient relationships with related departments.

•    Report and document to the regional manager
Report and document team activities, improvement propositions, and actions.

•    Be accountable for the field service team’s technical certifications
Technical Certifications of the team cover the technical competencies to execute the missions (for example: sufficient RF experts are present in the FSE team)

•    Ensure all IBA and legal requirements for safety and quality are met within the teams
Make sure all team members are trained on QA/EHS policies and apply them in their daily work

What we value

•    Bachelor’s degree or above.
•    Good English capability.
•    People management experience.
•    Be good at communication, patient, and careful.
•    Good sense of customer service activities.
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and supporting experience in customer service. Prefer familiar with SAP, and Salesforce. 
•    Can adapt to short-term business trips in and out of China.
