Every day, our solutions contribute to improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare innovation.We are looking for an Operations Director in Asia to lead service operations across multiple areas and drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in translating strategy into execution while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

You will be accountable for the operational and financial performance of service activities across your assigned regions. By leading Area Managers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will ensure operational efficiency, business growth, and alignment with IBA's global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and customer needs.Lead, coach, and support Area Managers, ensuring teams achieve operational targets and KPIs.
• Drive standardization, operational consistency, and best practices across regions.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when needed.Own the P&L for service operations within your scope, driving profitability and sustainable growth.Identify and manage operational and financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality requirements.

What we value

• Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within a service, industrial, engineering, healthcare technology, or high-tech environment.
• Strong track record in managing managers and multi-site or multi-region operations.
• Experience with P&L management and performance-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
