Field Service Operator (Flying Team)

Join our Flying team and embark on an exciting global journey as a Field Service Operator, providing onsite operations support for IBA Proton Therapy centers across the world.

As a key member of our team, your role will encompass a range of engaging responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring technical parameters of the cutting-edge equipment and systems on a daily basis.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to safety rules (EHS, radioprotection, electrical risk, etc.).
• Ensuring timely readiness of equipment for customers, delivering excellent beam performance based on key performance indicators.
• Efficiently completing documentation, reports, and incident follow-ups using the latest tools.
• Assisting the Sites's team in repair and maintenance activities, while providing invaluable support to remote engineers and experts in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

What we value

To be part of our team, you should possess:

• A Certificate in Higher Secondary Education with a focus on Electronics, Electricity, or other technical orientation OR a Bachelor’s degree in Electro-mechanics or Electronics OR equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting would be a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel worldwide. Possessing a driving license would be advantageous.
