Mission
Organize the transportation activities in order to ensure the efficient flow of materials and parts for supply Operations with materials, spare parts, equipment, products (including SPECT/PET) in respect with all quality, regulatory, safety, timing and costs requirements.
Challenges we trust you with
In close collaboration with the Warehouse team, your role will be:
- receive operations requests and collect all necessary information to organize the transport (between all point of external warehouse and the clients)
- plan and coordinate transport activities according to priorities, monitor and update the planning according the workload and emergencies
- administer and follow-up the transports
- check and approve invoices
- develop and maintain relationship with suppliers and subcontractors
- propose improvements in order to optimize transportation process
- manage and ensure follow up of claims and queries: freight, insurances, customers service, suppliers,...
- apply procedures to ensure efficient and cost effective movement of important and exportation (for example: customs declaration)
What we value
You have:
- A first experience in a similar role: transportation, warehouse,... in an industrial sector
- An experience in several kind of transport: boat, railway, road, plane is required
- A good understanding of customs and Trade matters (documentation, principles, classification,…) is required
- A good level of communication in French and English (written and oral)
