Transformation program manager R&D

Mission

You will be part of the R&D Proton Therapy (PT) and join a diverse team in a collaborative, high-tech, forward-looking environment. Your mission is to lead and manage transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation of our PT R&D organization. This role is critical in driving change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformation projects.

Challenges we trust you with

• Define and implement change management strategies to support transformation efforts and ensure smooth adoption across teams
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to align transformation objectives with business goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, digital transformation, and organizational enhancements
• Ensure the successful execution of transformation projects by managing timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the impact of transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards within transformation projects

What we value

You have:

• A master’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading transformation and change management initiatives within a technology-driven environment
• Experience in an R&D environment within a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharma, nuclear, aerospace) is a plus
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and engagement
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written
