Mission
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on assigned sales targets related to company products and/or services in line with the annual BL sales plan and margin, BL strategy and company ethical standards to guarantee full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Challenges we trust you with
- Achieve assigned sales and margin targets within the designated portfolio of existing or new clients in a given territory Sales targets and margin are met or exceeded
- Negotiate best deals in accordance with the pricing strategy and business ethics Signed contracts are compliant to the pricing and business ethics policies
- Tracking activities and customer information in CRM dbase (Sales Force); accurate and timely reporting CRM dBase is up to date, error free and all sales administration processes are respected by the team
- Manage relationships with stakeholders: customers, prospects, agents, distributors, B2B contacts and key opinion leaders, ... (incl. Client collection) Optimized and compliant relationships with key customers, prospects, agents and distributors are established
- Ensure up to date clinical and/or technical knowledge and communicate to customers/prospects; contribute to market intelligence ( good knowledge of the competition and market evolution); report any adverse event regarding products to regulatory bodies in due date (pharmacovigilance, ...) Up to date knowledge of products/services; market and competition & Report on suggested market positioning, competitive data and field information
- Work closely with operations, marketing and internal departments to ensure product/service availability, delivery on time. Customer satisfaction , no issue in delivery, market share maintained/increased
- Identify and convert opportunities for up-sales & cross-sales Opportunities transformed in up-sales or cross-sales
- Participate to events & fairs, to marketing campaigns Company exposure, product presentation, business opportunities
What we value
• Master degree in international sales or equivalent
• Technical oriented
• Minimum 4 years of relevant commercial experience
• Can manage international tender submission
• Ready to travel in Europe
• Experience in Nuclear Medicine/Cyclotron business/project is an asset
• Demonstrated communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Stress resistant and capable to manage various tasks in parallel
• Fluent written & spoken English
• Spanish or any other spoken language is an asset
