Mission

The mission of the Product Management team is to: 

  • Contribute to the development of the Global Product vision, and strategy based on market, technology and clinical evolutions, throughout the full product lifecycle, with the objectives of growing orders and margin for both equipment and services.
  • Deploy the vision in a strategic and then operational product roadmap, based on key stakeholder needs and return-on-investment, and propose an associated business plan.
  • Deploy the Augmented Product vision into a partnership roadmap with our strategic partners and oversee its execution.
  • Act as an integration team and lead cross-functional collaborations.

Challenges we trust you with

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Understand market trends, reimbursement trends and demographic trends in key markets, and develop customer needs-based segmentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmaps, offers, and requirements.
  • Define business plans for new product introductions.
  • Work with Marketing to develop go-to-market plan in preparation for product launch and enable the sales teams.
  • Work with the Clinical Solution team to develop proof points and clinical claims.
  • Conduct customer executive presentations for key strategic accounts, in collaboration with the Sales team.

What we value

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Master degree or above in science, engineering, business or a related field.
  • At least 10-year experience in healthcare industry, including 5-year experience in Product Management. Experience in radiation therapy and proton therapy market a plus.
  • Fluent in English. French is a plus.
  • Solid business acumen with a clear understanding about value creation
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Value Proposition Creation (VPC).
  • Ability to synthesize and prioritize market and customer feedback to develop solutions ; comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence an organization to develop market-leading products/solutions.
  • Ability to communicate with different levels and functions in the organization.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25%.
