Head of Project management

Mission

As the Head of Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects within the Industrial Solutions division.  

This position demands a strategic thinker with proven experience in team management and international project execution. 

The job is based in Louvain-La-Neuve.

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 

• Budget Management: Define and monitor project budgets, optimize resources, and ensure financial reporting. 

• Project Oversight: Ensure the timely and cost-effective progress of projects, maintaining a focus on resources and quality delivery. 

• Network Development: Build and nurture internal networks to facilitate the smooth progression of projects undertaken by your team. 

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from the pre-contract phase to the final installation stage. 

What we value

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in successfully managing and leading project management teams (at least 5 years) 

• Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding quality standards. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients. 

• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both French and English are essential. 

• You are willing to travel 2-3 times a year (on week max).
