Mission

As an HR Project Manager at IBA, you will be an integral part of the People team.

 

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and advance key projects, driven from the People organization and significantly contributing to the overall IBA organization, its entities and business lines.

Your goal is to develop and enhance our HR policies, ensuring they are implemented and followed by the business.

You will also collect feedback from internal stakeholders to continuously improve and adapt these policies.

  • Manage and lead projects in the human resources field, ensuring outstanding quality and timely delivery, within budget and fully realizing business objectives.
  • Contribute through effective project management skills and methodologies, as well as personal (technical) expertise, insights and well-considered points of view and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including executive levels, across different departments, to ensure successful solution scoping, design, alignment, buy-in, communication, implementation and change management.
  • Collect, analyze, and integrate feedback to improve processes and systems.
  • Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators.
  • Act as a key point of contact, fostering strong relationships with internal teams.

What we value

 

You have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of varied experience in Human Resources, including its technical, process and operational aspects. Experience in a center of expertise or shared services role is a must, especially in reward or systems (HRIS).
  • A proven track record in successfully leading and delivering complex HR projects. An experience in projects covering diversity, equity and inclusion, and AI-driven HR solutions is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French, both written and verbal, including at the executive level.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to, drive, align, influence and work collaboratively across functions.
  • Strong business acumen, and extensive stakeholder and risk management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Enthusiastic about leveraging new technologies to improve HR processes.
