Facilities & Infrastructure Coordinator - Office

Mission

As the Facilities & Infrastructure Coordinator at IBA, you will play a crucial role in managing office operations and services to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. From Autocad drawings to office layout maintenance and miscellaneous projects, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our workspace and supporting our global team.

Challenges we trust you with

• Create and maintain Autocad drawings for building, office, and operational areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, cafeterias, and technical rooms.
• Manage office areas and furniture, ensuring optimal utilization of space and standardization of furniture.
• Generate reports and calculate ratios related to office occupancy and flexibility.
• Lead office layout and miscellaneous projects, from information collection to Autocad drafts and budget estimation.
• Actively participate in implementing IBA's safety and security policies for facility and infrastructure activities.
• Solve day-to-day issues and provide support for miscellaneous projects.
• Coordinate day care services as needed.
