Product Manager Radiotherapy

Mission

The mission of the Radiotherapy Dosimetry team is to develop solutions to reduce the installation time of radiation therapy centers and improve the efficiency and accuracy of machines and patient plan verifications. We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager to lead our market research and data analysis efforts, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging data to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure product success.  

Your tasks

As Product Manager, you will be responsible to:  

  • Analyze product performance data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Build expertise in product and market trends (competitive analysis, product segmentation, etc.). 
  • Develop business cases for new and existing products, focusing on goals, profitability, market impact, and revenue potential. 
  • Define the product roadmap in alignment with market trends and other product lines. 
  • Facilitate collaboration between R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Regulatory teams. 
  • Provide product information to sales teams, marketing teams and partners 
  • Build and maintain a strong network of strategic partners and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to guide product strategy 
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop a sales readiness plan for product launches 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities. 

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:  

  • A Master degree in engineering/science, or an MBA with strong technical interest or equivalent experience. 
  • At least 3-year experience in medical devices industry. Familiarity with radiation therapy market is a plus. 
  • Experience with Product Life cycle Management (PLM) processes and Value Proposition Creation (VPC) is an advantage. 
  • At ease with productivity software (eg Atlassian) as well as presentations and data analytics (eg. PowerBI) 
  • Fluent in English language speaking and writing required. 
  • A team player with very good interpersonal skills, ready to work in a complex and international environment 
  • Proactive person willing to take initiatives 
  • A customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills including presentation of ideas 
  • Fascinated by new technologies and always willing to learn 
  • Willingness to travel 10 to 20 % (= 2 to 4 days per month)
